Wendy's Crew Member

Utilizing a knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policies and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer.

· Ensure all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly

· Work with your team to help meet service goals

· Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant

· Operate cash registers according to cash policies and procedures

· Take orders from customers

· Provide quality service to all customers

· Cross train in different stations

· Standing for at least four hours

· Repetitive bending and stooping as necessary

· Meal discounts

· An excellent support network and promotion from within

· Training, support and tools needed to reach your goals

· Must be 16 or older

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Ability to take direction and work well with others

· Positive customer-oriented attitude
