Are you a hands-on operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building successful teams from the ground up? This is your opportunity to take the lead in launching an exciting new warehouse operation and play a key role in shaping its long-term success. We are looking for experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to support a large-scale, 24/7 warehouse operation during an exciting start-up phase. This role will lead operations teams across multiple shifts, drive performance, and help create a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. About the Role

How you will contribute:

Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials. Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics. Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents. Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements. Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material. Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications:

HS Diploma/GED required

Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facility.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean Methodologies preferred.

Quality systems knowledge - to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including, but not limited to: time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.)
