Parts Counter Sales Associate

As a Parts Counter Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers and technicians to identify, source, and distribute parts while delivering outstanding service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

Additional Skills

Assist customers and employees with parts inquiries and purchases
Manage daily parts counter operations
Pull, organize, and distribute inventory as needed
Source parts from suppliers and vendors
Process point-of-sale transactions accurately
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Support manufacturing and service operations with timely parts fulfillment

Qualifications

Strong customer service and face-to-face communication skills
Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and basic arithmetic
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Knowledge of industrial, automotive, or manufacturing parts preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
