Revenue Operations Leader — In-Office + Equity

Steadily Insurance Company is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations in Overland Park, KS. This role owns the operational backbone of the growth org, from lead creation to four months after policy binds. You will architect lead routing, agent pay, and CRM workflows, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.
