Licensed Practical Nurse (Spravato)

HEALTHY COMMUNITIES. COMPASSIONATE CARE. Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Spravato Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Medical Home department. Key responsibilities include providing direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. The LPN delivers psychosocial, physical, and general care, meets the communication needs of patients and families, and reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. This role is supervised by a PA, NP, RN, and/or physician and clinic manager. The LPN maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures, and standards, and communicates with physicians and team members about the patient’s clinical condition, including diagnostic results and symptomatology. Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.
