Overview
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, receiving shipments, and supporting seamless warehouse functions. Your proactive approach will help ensure our products are accurately stocked, safely transported, and delivered on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, receiving logistics, while working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and initiative.
Duties
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
- Wire lighting structures to complete the assembly process of lighting structures
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision using order pickers and inventory management software to meet customer expectations.
- Support shipping & receiving processes by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards.
- Organize stock in designated warehouse locations, perform stock counts, and assist with cycle counts to uphold optimal inventory levels.
- Assist in packaging products securely for delivery while adhering to quality standards and trade compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers
- Someone handy and comfortable with assembly wiring
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse machinery safely.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry, stock organization, and order accuracy.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service efforts in order fulfillment processes.
