Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Provide individual and group therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

  • Facilitate regular client follow-up sessions, analyzing treatment progress and modifying approaches as necessary in response to feedback and treatment outcomes.

  • Engage in crisis management and support to ensure client safety and retention, demonstrating sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • \n
  • Utilize EMR and remote communication technology effectively to maintain patient records and coordinate care with other professionals involved in a patient’s treatment.
  • \n
  • Maintain a current understanding of mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria, and therapeutic techniques to provide the best possible care.
  • \n
  • Develop collaborative relationships with other clinicians, case managers, and community resources to support comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals facing challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. Our diverse clientele requires therapists to be adaptable in their clinical approach, employing techniques that resonate with each patient’s unique experiences and preferences.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

  • State licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.
  • \n
  • A strong background in a variety of psychotherapy modalities with demonstrated experience in addressing a range of mental health disorders.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • \n
  • An ability to work independently while effectively managing a full caseload and maintaining flexibility in methods based on client needs.

  • No history of medical malpractice claims, which will be verified by a third party.
  • \n
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
