What You'll Do

As a Remote Career Development Representative, you'll focus on delivering an exceptional client experience while developing the professional skills needed for long-term advancement.

Client Service & Benefits Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
• Learn about each client's needs and priorities
• Explain supplemental benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally
• Answer questions and provide personalized guidance
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and consistent service

Career & Leadership Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training

• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training
• Be willing and able to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License
