Our Chick-fil-A Team Members own their personal actions and are expected to execute restaurant operations with excellence. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members will learn how to provide an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day, and they will ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Execute front of house operations with excellence.
- Serve guests with great customer service.
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all front of house stations, including order taking, running orders, bagging and drink making.
- Complete checklists and tasks with excellence.
- Stock front of house inventory as needed.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
- Know and follow organizational standards.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must be consistent and reliable
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be customer service-oriented
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Have the ability to work outside for long periods of time
