What You'll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

• Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids using advanced lab techniques.

Instrument Operation & Maintenance

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated lab equipment to ensure consistent, accurate results.

Interpretation & Clinical Support

• Analyze lab data and collaborate with physicians and medical staff to guide diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through regular audits and quality control procedures.

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Provide guidance and mentorship to lab technicians while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification:

• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
• New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
