Are you a proactive, organized, and energetic Family Assistant who enjoys balancing household support with childcare in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? A warm and active homeschooling family in Chevy Chase is seeking a dependable professional to help support their four children, ages 8, 6, and 4-year-old twins, while keeping the household running smoothly. Responsibilities include meal preparation, grocery and household errands, family laundry, organizing common areas and children's spaces, coordinating schedules, and helping with afternoon activities and sports. The role also includes driving children to lessons and practices, supervising outings to parks and activities, and serving as an active, engaging presence throughout the day. Flexibility to occasionally stay later in the evenings is important. The ideal candidate is with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work seamlessly alongside parents.

Qualifications
