Laborer – Fairhope, AL, US 17 days ago – Requisition ID: 1107 Salary Range: $6.00 To $6.00 Hourly POSITION SUMMARY To prepare and serve all soft drink, alcoholic beverages and wine according to all Cooper Restaurants specifications, recipes and procedures to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests’ expectations. Provides timely and quality beverages to the service staff and performs the duties of cashier for the bar guests and service staff. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Server rate - $2.75 per hour plus tips Weekly Pay Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment Company pays a portion of elected coverage Vacation Pay – up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually) After 6 months – 5 days After 1 year – Additional 5 days 10 days max Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour Employee Meal Discount – 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account #J-18808-Ljbffr
