We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Service Department Porter to join our team and help us keep our service operations running like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a Service Porter, you are the heartbeat of our service drive. You will be responsible for managing the flow of vehicles and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Welcome customers arriving for service with a friendly attitude and direct them to their Service Advisor.
• Move customer vehicles safely from the service drive to designated parking areas, technician bays, and the car wash.
• Install protective steering wheel covers, floor mats, and seat covers before vehicles are serviced.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers when their service is complete, ensuring they are clean and parked in the pickup lane.
• Keep the service drive, parking lots, and shop areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Run errands for the service department as needed (e.g., picking up parts or shuffling vehicles between lots).

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• A valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record (this is a must!).
• A positive, high-energy personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet for most of your shift.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles is a major plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat).
• Must be willing to undergo a standard background check and drug screening.
