Wage Administration Analyst — Data-Driven Expert

Hunt is seeking a Compensation Analyst to manage the Quonset Point hourly wage and structure. The role will maintain and execute wage practices, including progression, annual wage increases, and labor-grade structure changes, plus handling ad hoc requests. The successful candidate will research employee questions, ensure equitable wages, review job classifications, interpret state and federal laws, support compensation projects, and enter wage actions into PeopleSoft, while educating supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunt
