Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $119.35/hour
• Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and visual assessments.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and coordinate follow-up care.
• Educate patients about eye health and preventative care.
• Support clinic operations and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and support staff.
• Adapt to EMR systems and facility protocols.
• Participate in shadowing and training as needed.

What You Need

• Current PA optometry license.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience.
• Strong communication skills, ideally bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly preferred drive-in candidate or local provider.
• Clean background and COVID vaccination compliance.
• Ability to credential within 60-90 days.
