Commercial Lending Specialist II

Axos Bank – Commercial Lending Operations (Processing Support) Target Salary Range: $25.00/HR – $30.76/HR (Actual starting pay varies based on factors such as location, experience, skills, specialty, and education). Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus (Target: 12.5%) and an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus (Target: 12.5%). Bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based on performance goals. Responsibilities Process loan modifications in the core system. Initiate invoice processing through Oracle for the business unit. Review financial documents and loan agreements. Complete daily/monthly clearing account general ledger reconciliations. Process loan advances and draws for supported lending groups. Process loan payments. Board loans into Core Systems. Disburse escrow funds. Perform loan reconciliations and rate adjustments, ensuring accuracy in the core system. Board and track loan insurance. Store and recall loan documents. Prepare loan payoff requests and subsequent processing. Handle other priorities as needed within Commercial Lending Operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ year(s) of experience in loan servicing. Strong customer service and operations acumen. Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work effectively. Proficiency with MS Office. Strong attention to detail.
