About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 1991 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in healthcare, where helping others was already an important part of my career. Today, I'm proud to lead a well-established agency with an experienced team and a strong history of serving our customers and community. Role Description
As an Account Associate for John Marcelli - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in NE Corner of Tramway and Montgomery.
- Our office is open 8:30 to 4:30 M-F.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1991.
- I am a proud graduate of University of New Mexico.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
