Duties
Serve as an advisor providing independent risk assessments on design and construction related issues and reports findings to the appropriate Rural Development Program Area.
Examine and analyzes preliminary plans, working drawings and specifications, cost estimates and all contract documents.
Make specific recommendations relative to RD requirements for planning, development, and construction aspects.
Advise and provides training to area staffs on the architectural and related engineering, site planning, building codes, and standards enforcement phases of RD activities.
