Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate effectively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families effective therapy methods to encourage ongoing improvement at home.
• Track and Chart Progress: Observe clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Opportunities for continuing education or advanced certifications are actively encouraged.

Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
