About the Role

We're looking for someone with a distinct point of view who can turn it into content that's authentic, fun, and built for social. You'll shape how people experience Roamless: the scroll-stopping stuff on our organic channels, and the creative hooks and angles that feed straight into our paid acquisition engine. You'll be part of the wider creative team that is around when you want a second opinion or a hand. We want to keep things human and real rather than polished and corporate, and you'll have genuine creative freedom to bring your own angle to it.

What You Will Do

• Content production: You come up with content concepts and ideas (with creative team support), write scripts, film and shoot content, edit and post-produce, source stock footage, apply light graphic treatments, and increasingly use AI tools in the creation pipeline if needed.
• On-screen: You are comfortable and effective in front of the camera for organic content and for user acquisition (UA) creative.
• Hyper online/Trend fluent: You live on social, track trends, and you can judge on which trends fit the Roamless voice vs which would feel off-brand or forced.
• Team support: Available for overflow work for the wider creative team: basic graphic design, AI-assisted content, video editing.

What You Will Bring

• Native or near-native English: you'll be the on-camera voice for our biggest markets
• A strong portfolio of video content you've filmed, edited, and ideally starred in yourself (we care about your work, not your years of experience on your CV)
• Strong, demonstrable video editing skills with common tools (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent). We care about the output, not the tool you use.
• You are comfortable in front of the camera: you're the talent, not just the editor
• A "hyper-online" instinct for social platforms: you know why a video works on TikTok but not on Instagram, because you live on these platforms, not because you read trend reports about them
• Startup mindset: you are comfortable coming up with your own ideas and running with them, not waiting to be briefed
• Basic graphic design skills and a genuine eye for aesthetics/visual trends.
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into your workflow

• German and/or Turkish fluency
• Experience creating content specifically for a brand or company channel (not just personal content)
• Community management experience
• UA/performance creative literacy (what makes a hook work for acquisition vs organic).

• Learning and development budget. Up to $1000 annually to be spent on books, online courses, conferences, etc.
• Ideally, you are based in Berlin or close to it. We need someone in Berlin so you can be part of in-person shoots and team moments.
