About the role: As Social Media Content Creator, you'll work within the Social Media team to produce native content for well-known household category. You'll manage both planned and reactive workstreams — developing treatments and shot lists, shooting in home and office environments, editing to platform-specific formats, and delivering against campaign briefs. You'll also draw on performance data to inform how content evolves over time. What you will be doing: Concept, shoot, and edit vertical video and visual content primarily for TikTok and Instagram, with support across Facebook, X, and other platforms Write treatments, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for planned campaign content and reactive moments Source cultural and platform trends to inform creative direction and content formats Shoot in field (home settings) and in-office environments, working with existing materials and props Use social performance data to optimize content — refining formats, editing styles, and structure based on audience response Attend brand events — shoots, PR activations, and influencer events — to capture content in real time Build and maintain a clear system for managing reactive and BAU content workstreams in parallel Collaborate with internal stakeholders and influencers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives What you need to be great in this role: Demonstrated ability to create platform-native social content across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels — from concept through to final delivery Strong video and photo editing skills, with proficiency across Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Canva or Google Workspace Experience working across a range of formats: vertical video, photography, GIFs, short clips, stories, and streaming content Ability to work at pace across reactive and planned workstreams, with clear prioritisation and strong output quality Understanding of social KPIs and how content format, editing style, and structure drive performance Comfort in front of the camera, with an intuitive feel for what resonates on social Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); you'll collaborate with an international team A portfolio demonstrating your content ideas and execution across platforms Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to content creation and social production, used to enhance output quality and efficiency Experience building personal AI workflows to improve speed and creative range Agentic approach to content development: able to break down a brief, identify the most effective path, and deliver with confidence Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound editorial and creative judgement Our values shape everything we do: Be Ambitious to succeed Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what's possible Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work Be always learning and listening to understand Be Results-focused to exceed expectations Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations Our recruitment process does not employ artificial intelligence.
