Medical Records Coordinator

At MSA Home Health - Coastal , a division of Medical Services of America Inc., we’re committed to expanding access to quality home health care. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Full-Time Account Executive to join our team in Charleston, Berkeley, & Dorchester, South Carolina. Responsibilities Answers, screens and directs telephone calls in a polite and professional manner. Maintain and order medical/office supplies. Participates in the pre-billing process along with the Office and Clinical Managers. Works in conjunction with Medical Records Indexer and Marketing staff to facilitate obtaining signed orders and meet agency goals. Ensures medical records are scanned into the document imaging software timely, up to date and accurately organized per agency policy. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree preferred. Three months related experience preferred.
