As a key member of our team, you will perform professional social work by overseeing and participating in the support of individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or emotional disturbances. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Providing direct service and person-centered management of client risk and safety
• Delivering comprehensive patient care services
• Consulting with state and private agencies
• Referring clients to appropriate social service agencies

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavioral or Social Science or a related field
• Three years of experience in case management, including assessing, planning, and implementing services
• Three years of experience in providing clinical treatment or counseling as part of a treatment team

Preferences

• Experience in a psychiatric outpatient setting
• Strong communication and consultative skills
