Certified Medication Tech (CMT) - Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Dayshift 12 hour shifts
$1,000 sign on bonus paid over 2 quarters

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Certified Medication Tech (CMT) to join our team at Fulton Manor Care Center. As a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) at Fulton Manor Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. As a Certified Medication Tech (CMT), you will administer medications and treatments as ordered by residents' physicians, monitor and record vital signs, and assist with resident care and activities.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by residents' physicians
Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
Assist with resident care and activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in resident care conferences and family meetings
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
CMT certification
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
