Vacation Planning Specialist

Pacific Journey Consulting

We are looking for a Vacation Planning Specialist to help clients research, plan, and book vacation experiences. This role involves assisting individuals, couples, families, and groups with accommodations, transportation, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, tours, and activities. The Vacation Planning Specialist helps clients compare travel options, provides recommendations, coordinates reservations, and supports clients throughout the vacation planning process.

Responsibilities

Research and plan vacation options based on client preferences
Book flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
Communicate with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and needs
Provide destination recommendations and general travel guidance
Coordinate activities, excursions, and other vacation experiences
Manage reservations and assist with travel changes when needed

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to research and organize travel details
Basic computer and internet skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work remotely
