This transformational role serves as the critical bridge between Technology Risk Management (TRM), Model Risk, Financial Risk, and Compliance teams, enabling seamless collaboration on emerging AI and GenAI risk challenges. Additionally, this role provides end-to-end leadership across oversight planning, regulatory readiness, reporting, and cross-domain coordination, operating in a high-demand environment that blends structured execution with ongoing ad hoc requests from executive and regulatory stakeholders.A key focus is establishing integrated oversight frameworks that connect AI Risk, Data Risk, and traditional technology domains, positioning TRM to respond effectively to accelerating AI adoption, dynamic regulatory requirements, and increasing FHFA oversight expectations. An additional need to to elevate how complex risk topics, such as AI, are communicated through executive-ready materials (e.g., PowerPoint) that drive decision-oriented insights. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $166,000 - $248,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
