Thats why every caregiver on our team is a W-2 employee not a contractor with the support training and respect you deserve.

What Youll Do

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Give medication reminders and support daily routines
• Assist with mobility transfers and fall prevention
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands (if applicable)
• Observe and report changes in a clients condition to the office

What Were Looking For

• A genuine heart for serving others plus patience reliability and professionalism
• CNA PCA or HHA certification preferred but not required / 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check drug screen and TB test
• Ability to 50lbs and assist with physical tasks
• Strong communication skills and dependable attendance
