Job Title: Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician / Lead
Location: Knoxville, TN.
Shift: All shifts
Compensation: $28 - $34/hr + benefits.
Job Summary:
We’re a nationwide food manufacturer looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment—from conveyors and packaging machines to pumps and electrical systems. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a background in industrial maintenance, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Requirements:
- 2-year technical degree in Electrical/Mechanical repair and 4+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience — or 7 years relevant experience
- Experience with high-speed food or pharmaceutical packaging equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with PLCs, welding (TIG, Stick), and power/precision tools
- Able to work in demanding environments (noise, heat, cold, heights) and perform physically active tasks
- Comfortable using forklifts, lifts, and reading technical manuals/blueprints
