Business Unit Controller

Excellent opportunity to join a Global Medical Device Manufacturer in the Manchester, NH area in need of a Business Unit Controller. This position with be # 1 Finance person at this manufacturing site ~ 100m managing a small staff reporting into local President and Corporate HQs. Responsibilities include the month-end close process, consolidated financial reporting, budget and forecasting, cost accounting, inventory management, KPI reporting and financial analysis activities. This position will partner with the site directors and local leadership teams to evaluate the best deployment of capital and resources to drive the most growth and ROI for the business. CPA, CMA with 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with at least 3+ years in a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance along with advanced Excel skills required and the ability to work with large volumes of transactional data. Keys:

• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong GAAP, financial reporting, financial analysis and internal controls exp.
• Strong Cost Accounting knowledge.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Manufacturing Accounting experience is a requirement
• Advanced Excel, Sightline & Epicor.
