Salary Range $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly

Overview

As a Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our guests by answering incoming calls and emails from customers, resolving their issues or directing their inquiries to the appropriate department. Must be at least 18 to apply!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell admission tickets and service groups of 25 or more (i.e. companies, tour/travel, churches, organizations, schools) that meet established group sales guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Handle inquiries from callers providing them with accurate information on the appropriate group programs/prices that fit the group's needs.
• Provide support for the Group Sales Department, as needed.
• Data entry.
• Mass mailings to special interest groups.
• Ship all prepaid ticket orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate files reflecting these orders.
• PBX operation.
• Process ticket orders via on-line computer system in a prompt and efficient manner. Match incoming payments (checks, cash, credit card charges) to previously placed ticket orders to ensure full payment is made.
• Update event code mailing list.
• Must be able to provide helpful and courteous customer service.
• Perform all job duties in a safe/responsible manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Typing – 40 words per minute required.
• 10-key experience.
• Data entry experience helpful.
• Telemarketing experience desired.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate and percent.
• Ability to solve practical problems and effectively deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Following written and oral instructions.
• Solving problems with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizing and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate to and to motivate large groups of people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have full availability including weekends and holidays.
