Product Manager II

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare technology, is seeking a Product Manager II to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Manager II

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55-60/hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

• Drive product outcomes by executing strategy and tracking key results for critical clinical capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business partners, users, designers, and engineers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

• Participate in product discovery, story mapping, and sprint planning to facilitate seamless product delivery.

• Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements.

• Create user-facing communication and educational materials related to new features and capabilities.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• 4+ years of experience managing digital products, especially in health tech or related industries.

• Strong business acumen, curiosity, and leadership qualities.

• Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

• Experience building health technology products and familiarity with electronic health records systems or nephrology practices is highly valued.
