Night Shift Manufacturing Extruder OperatorWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Extruder Operators to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating extrusion machinery used in the manufacturing of industrial hoses while ensuring product quality, proper machine setup, and adherence to safety and production standards.Location: Pleasant Prairie, WISchedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMPay Rate: $15.75/hr + $1.00 attendance incentiveResponsibilities:Operate and monitor extrusion machinery during the manufacturing processSet up machines according to production specificationsAdjust machine settings, including temperature, speed, and material flowInspect products to ensure they meet quality standardsPerform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustmentsRecord production data and complete required documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWork closely with supervisors and quality control to meet production goalsRequirements:Previous manufacturing or extrusion experience preferredBasic mechanical knowledgeAbility to read measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gaugesAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMidway Staffing offers a comprehensive benefits package offering Medical, Dental, Vision and Life/AD&D benefit options to all eligible employees.Midway Staffing is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
