Production Planner (Woodbridge)

Fleming and Baron, an ASSA ABLOY branded company is looking to add a Production Planner to our Woodbridge manufacturing team. What would you do as a Production Planner? You will create and manage production work orders while ensuring materials, schedules, and shop floor execution stay aligned with customer commitments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining schedule integrity and supporting on-time delivery performance. Release and monitor manufacturing orders to meet ship dates Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain on raw materials and outside processes Identify material shortages and proactively elevate risks Analyze production output vs. the Master Production Plan and close performance gaps Support ERP‑driven planning while maintaining schedule accuracy Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service Drive continuous improvement and operational discipline Contribute to a safe, compliant, and cooperative work environment in line with AADG policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct Perform other duties and special projects as required The Skills and Experience you need: Post‑Secondary Education and/or Certification in Inventory management, supply chain management, operations management, or related field. 3+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing Experience working in a unionized environment Strong ERP/MRP system experience Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement principles Ability to prioritize and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced setting CPIM (preferred or in progress) Compensation $60,000 to $75,000 depending upon experience Benefits Competitive Salary Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and paid Statutory Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, RRSP, Short and Long‑term Disability, Life and AD&D Insurance Tuition Reimbursement, Learning and Career Development opportunities Employee Assistance Program Discount portal Recognition, well‑being, and employee experience programs designed to support and celebrate you throughout your career To make sure your personal data is safe, we don’t look at any applications sent by email or post.
