Clinical Intake Specialist

To support the Medical Management department, the full-time hourly Clinical Intake Specialist will manage the notification process by utilizing electronic hardware and software while providing non-clinical support in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Perform tasks in compliance with Department of Labor, HIPAA, ERISA, and Medical Management policies Utilize software and office equipment to accurately enter data and complete the notification process Prioritize calls in the telephonic intake queue and refer clinical information to licensed staff as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience working in a remote environment Experience in a high-volume setting Familiarity with medical terminology
