Shift Supervisor

We have an opening for a full time Shift Supervisor position. Location: Baxter - 1125 E Pearl Street, Batesville, IN 47006. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule. Days may vary, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. More details upon interview. Requirement: 1-2 years of experience required. Fixed Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA and a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Responsible for assisting with training for new and current employees.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Ensures their shift meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or questions.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
