Duties & Responsibilities Administer aptitude, achievement, and other educational measurements at either on- or off‑campus locations. Oversee the scanning of textbooks and other documents into software to convert scans and PDFs of course materials into various forms of alternative formats. Plan and implement procedures for the maintenance and disposition of records, materials, and converted alternate formats. Coordinate the distribution of alternate format materials to students. Oversee test day activities, including examinee check‑in and identification, testing environment, test security, examinee conduct, and supervision of testing staff. Coordinate the processing and submission of examinations for scoring to the appropriate faculty or department. Confere with students and other interested parties (such as faculty, public school officials, and parents) regarding testing and document conversions, procedures, and policies. Serve as liaison with other campus units to coordinate testing and document conversion services. Represent testing and document conversion services at various meetings, open houses, orientations, and to the general public. Be responsible for testing site arrangements, including room selection and delivery of materials and/or equipment. Train and supervise testing room supervisors and proctors. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Any one or any combination totaling three (3) years (36 months) from the following categories: Course work in education, behavioral sciences, social sciences, business administration or a closely related field, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent: 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months) Associate's Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months) 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months) Bachelor's Degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months) Work experience in test administration methods and techniques.
