Senior Civil Estimator - Takeoffs, Bids & CLI

Job Description Qualifications and Responsibilities: A minimum of 5 years estimating civil construction projects (asphalt, concrete paving, structural concrete, earthwork, water, sewer, drainage, etc.). Projects range from $1 million to $70 million. Be able to provide project take-offs. Meet deadlines. Team player. We use Construction Link (CLI). It would be great if the person had experience using Construction Link and was familiar with the program. The person must also have some experience using computer estimating software—not Excel—for estimating. Speaks English. Able to use Excel/Word efficiently. Starting salary between $85K - $100K depending on experience. Paid health insurance for the employee including vision and dental. Truck allowance of $1,000 to $1,200 monthly plus gas card. Typical work week is Monday- Friday(50 hrs. per week). #J-18808-Ljbffr
