Step into a critical role supporting students with hearing needs as a school-based audiologist on a contract assignment near Corona, CA. This full-time itinerant position offers the unique opportunity to make a direct impact across multiple campuses, working with a variety of age groups from preschool through high school. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff while playing an essential part in each student’s educational journey.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California Audiology license (required)
• Experience working in K-12 settings (preferred)
• Skilled in assessing and reporting on hearing loss and Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD)
• Familiarity with HAT/FM systems, hearing aid troubleshooting, and amplification equipment
• Strong collaboration skills for working with instructional teams and families
• Ability to recommend and support accommodations via IEP, IFSP, and 504 plans
• Excellent communication and consultation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive auditory assessments and prepare detailed reports
• Participate in meetings to develop and update IEPs, IFSPs, and 504 plans
• Manage, order, and maintain required HAT and FM equipment; troubleshoot hearing aids
• Serve as a resource for families, teachers, and district Deaf and Hard of Hearing teams
• Collaborate on strategies to support students’ access to instruction
• Travel between assigned school sites Monday through Friday, supporting a diverse caseload

This position provides a great opportunity to work full-time (37.5 hours per week), with regular weekday hours and a mid-December start through early June. As a valued audiologist in this role, you’ll help foster greater educational access and enrich students’ daily learning experiences.
