Essential Functions & Responsibilities • Assist in prep of manufacturing line • Check for proper labels and lot numbers throughout the manufacturing process (storage, manufacturing lines, packaging line, etc..) • Check temperatures and document findings as part of a HACCP program • Perform various quality checks (weight of dough, height of crust, sauce distribution, etc..) and document findings. • Assure FDA and USDA compliance. Be able to communicate with inspectors as needed. • Assist in weekly inventory counts Equal Opportunity Employer
