Community Sales Manager

The Community Sales Manager will work onsite selling Spire Homes' townhomes and will be responsible for the overall success of the community. This position requires the incumbent to be motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced in our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional sales experience for buyers, guiding them on the homebuilding/buying journey
• Uses marketing initiatives and techniques to grow brand awareness with the local realtor community and potential homebuyers to generate adequate traffic and sales
• Collaborates with other team members to seek product knowledge
• Stays up to date on competition and facilitates comp shops
• Responsible for presenting initiatives to enhance sales and the community
• Learns about our business, our homes, and keeps up with industry trends

Minimum Required Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and job experience
• 3+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role, preferably in the new home industry
• Valid Driver's License and current liability insurance are required
• Reliable and well-maintained transportation, as travel may occur throughout the workday
• Be able to work onsite during business hours – including weekend days
• Passion and communication skills are a must for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions
• Proficient computer knowledge/skills (MS Office Suite)
• Florida real estate license
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and bring enthusiasm daily

• Strong organizational skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or needed

Work Environment:

• Interpersonal Interaction: High level of communication with team members, clients, and vendors
• Travel: Minimal travel may be required to travel to other sites or for meetings

Physical Demands:

• Office Environment: Works at a desk using computers and walks around the site with customers, giving tours and showing
• Mobility: Requires walking and movement around the townhome sales office, model(s), and construction sites
• Lifting: Occasionally lift items such as files or office supplies, typically up to 25 pounds.
