Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner Assist with event preparation, including organizing supplies and ensuring cleanliness Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction Clear tables and reset spaces efficiently after events Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in banquet serving, hospitality, or food service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment Join our team and be part of a vibrant company that values service excellence and offers opportunities for growth.
