Personal Injury Paralegal

Hybrid - Personal Injury Paralegal Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year Location: Hybrid. Full‑time position in our fast‑paced legal team. Responsibilities Draft, review, and file legal documents related to personal injury cases within deadlines. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide advice to attorneys. Manage case files, organize and track documents, and maintain the document management system. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals to gather information, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication. Assist attorneys in preparing settlement packages, trial notebooks, and other litigation materials. Utilize case management software to track case progress and keep all relevant parties updated. Provide litigation support during trials, including preparing exhibits, handling witnesses, and taking notes. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal. Proficiency in e‑filing and document‑management systems. Solid knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Experience drafting legal documents and providing litigation support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. A degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
