Behavior Specialist (BCBA)

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near North Bergen , New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

• Excellent Compensation
• Hours: 8:30am-3:15pm, M-F
• Pay: $70-$80 hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Supervision and Support: Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
• Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

• Current BCBA Certification — Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Current New Jersey Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LBA) License — NJ Division of Consumer Affairs
• 1-2 years experience working in a school setting
