Compensation and Shift Details:

• Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $28-$35/hr., depending on experience, demonstrated technical skills, and overall qualifications + $1.30 Shift Differential
• Shift: Sun - Thurs. (standard night shift) 6:00 pm-2:30 am overtime required when necessary

Job Responsibilities

• Safely measure voltage and current to troubleshoot electrical issues
• Work with multiple voltage systems (460V, 220V, 120V AC, 24V DC)
• Understand motor controls and power distribution systems
• Adjust belts and chains to ensure proper equipment operation
• Create and follow preventive maintenance schedules
• Diagnose and replace faulty components (cards, chips, etc.)
• Troubleshoot network systems, cabling, and I/O devices
• Configure and support standard computer systems
• Communicate effectively across teams using ICARE principles
• Help improve production quality and efficiency

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience

Critical Skills Electrical

• Test voltage/current and troubleshoot issues
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Work with PLCs (upload, download, troubleshoot)
• Diagnose control components (photo eyes, solenoids, limit switches)

Mechanical

• Identify and replace worn or damaged parts
• Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, etc.)
• Work with pneumatic systems (cylinders, valves)
• Build/maintain equipment maintenance plans

• Flexible and adaptable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (customers, employees, vendors)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, climbing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
