Responsibilities The Engineer III performs journeyman to advanced level general maintenance, repairs, and support functions in the areas of general maintenance, plumbing, kitchen & refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC and electrical devices. Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed. Notifies Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age or older. High School diploma or GED equivalent plus three (2) years’ experience in one of the required related maintenance fields (Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical or Kitchen Equipment). Must have knowledge of methods and practices used in preventative maintenance and repair work. Knowledge of Building management systems. Interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings.
