Structural Design Technician

Role Summary We are looking for a grounded and confident Structural Design Technician in our Northwest geography. Our team has a strong backlog of water and wastewater treatment, conveyance, and on‑river facilities projects that will be supported by our multidisciplinary design team in the local office. Essential Qualifications Associate’s degree (AA) in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or a similar technical degree Training in Revit or Bentley Microstation software At least 2 years of CAD drafting/design experience Attention to detail and willingness to learn other disciplines if needed Experience doing architectural/structural design in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Revit or Bentley AecoSim/iModel Preferred Qualifications Advanced Autodesk Revit or Bentley AecoSim/iModel experience for content creation (families/blocks/dynamic) Experience in water/wastewater/infrastructure structural design projects Bentley MicroStation experience Familiarity with AISE Steel Construction Manual Benefits Employees have access to medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off (start with 17 days per calendar year), seven paid holidays, caregiver leave, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount, along with legally mandated benefits. Salary The base salary range for this position is $54,100.00 to $108,900.00; the position is paid hourly based on hours worked. Pay within the range is determined by location, experience, education, and job skills.
