What You’ll Do Lead the development of production-ready apparel graphics, ensuring technical accuracy and design integrity. Create detailed technical schematics for logos, trims, and other graphic elements for factory production. Collaborate closely with design teams to translate creative concepts into executable production art, particularly for signature products and fashion-forward apparel. Manage the end-to-end process of graphic design and production art, demonstrating clear ownership of each stage. Contribute to the innovation of apparel production techniques and digital design workflows. Must-Have Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Art for Apparel. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Extensive experience as a senior-level apparel production artist. Demonstrated experience working with signature products and the fashion side of apparel. A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design experience and technical schematic expertise for logos and trims, with clear examples of process ownership from start to finish. Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience Experience with technical graphic design for apparel products, including creating schematics for factory production. Proficiency in screen printing on apparel, trims for apparel, color separations for screen-printing, all-over print, printing design, and supplementation. Production art experience in footwear and accessories. Interest or experience with 3D design, CLO software, and Ai tools. Previous experience within the industry.
