Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing medical care to individuals and families, catering from pediatric ages to the elderly.
• Address chronic conditions, preventive wellness, acute health issues, and mental wellness with a patient-centric mindset.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment strategies.
• Work collaboratively with care coordinators, specialists, and mental health professionals to ensure holistic healthcare.
• Engage in quality improvement activities to elevate patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate, current patient documentation.
• Provide patient care through both in-person visits and virtual consultations to meet varying patient needs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active medical license for Texas, or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
