What is the role doing? deployment, configuration, support of Windows PC, MacBook's and IOS Devices What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skills/experience needed? Fluid in managing various PC, Mac and iPhone troubleshooting and repair. As well as software install. Also, must be able to lift 30lbs What are the nice to have skills/experience? Great soft Skills, Mange a busy assignment Queue. Prioritize the workload and it will change daily - Does the resource need experience of working in any particular sector? Would be nice if they worked in Pharma Will the resource be working alone or in a team? Local with a Team and Manager onsite Can the work be done remotely? NO it cannot.
