Remote contract recruiter opportunity with a growing manufacturer. This 6 month assignment requires a recruiter with strong sourcing expertise and experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, corporate, sales, and infrastructure/IT-related technical positions. The ideal candidate can step in quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruiting activities across 6–7 active requisitions
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for engineering, manufacturing, IT infrastructure, cloud, sales, and corporate roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, track candidate progress, and ensure timely follow-up
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct targeted sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health, market feedback, and candidate activity
• Utilize modern ATS platforms (Rippling experience a plus, but not required)

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and professional-level positions
• Experience sourcing candidates for IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services, or related technical environments
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Rippling or similar ATS platforms preferred
